Waste <br /> PHOTO# 1 <br /> The oil water separator waste, near the Maintenance Area, is being hauled off by Stericycle as "non-hazardous liquid (water with trace oil and sludge)", <br /> without the facility first making a complete hazardous waste determination. The sample lab test results from September 16, 2014, are incomplete for the <br /> CAM 17 Metals test and did not appear to be a complete hazardous waste determination. According to Albert Melgoza, Maintenance Manager, and <br /> Richard Hearn, a Maintenance employee, the only waste put into the separator is the waste collected from the facility's floor scrubbers. According to <br /> Richard, the separator waste is pumped out twice a year.
