According to Robert Her, Battery Area employee, the <br /> battery wash rack is regularly used to wash batteries. It was unclear if a hazardous waste determination has been made for the battery waste in the <br /> neutralization tank in the Maintenance area. Additionally, it is unclear how often the neutralization tank is being pumped and how the waste is being <br /> disposed of.
