The DC Hazardous Waste Accumulation Area Weekly Inspection checklists dated 10/07/2019 and 10/14/2019 were marked "Yes"for item "12. Is the <br /> trash compactor locked (unless the assigned team member is processing trash)?" (see photo IMG 8994). However, the trash compactor was not locked <br /> and their was no one processing trash at the time of inspection.
