(Review <br /> all trash containers per area/department.) <br /> 2 Are all dumpsters free of any potential hazardous waste? (Review all <br /> dumpsters onsite.) <br /> Are all "damages" properly segregated from all regular trash/potential <br /> 3 hazardous waste items and processed by the end of the shift? (Review <br /> all "damages"areas.) <br /> Is the re-pack area/station properly segregated from all regular <br /> 4 trash/potential hazardous waste items and only saleable product being <br /> sent to stores? (Spot check the re-pack area/station.) <br /> Are housekeeping practices actively implemented to reduce/eliminate <br /> 5 the amount of clutter, excess trash and debris? (Review all <br /> areas/departments.) <br /> Are associates aware of the process for dealing with potentially <br /> 6 hazardous waste items onsite? (Review all areas/departments & <br /> randomly select [5] associates to question on the practice.) <br /> ASSESSMENT COMPLETED BY(PRINT NAME) SIGNATURE <br />
