COMPLAINANT ALLEGES MANAGER ACCUSED THEM OF PLANTING THE HAIRS IN THE <br /> GRAVY THEMSELVES AND THEN HUNG UP. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> Upon arrival, I spoke with the manager on site in see if they had any knowledge of complaint of this nature being made. The <br /> manager stated that they received a call from the complainant and asked for them to return the food items and the <br /> complainant would be compensated. However, the complainant never brought the food items in to verify their complaint.
