For overfill prevention both audible/visual alarms and fill tube shut-off valve were marked yes. Site is <br /> using fill tube shut-off valves for overfill prevention. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the <br /> EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 316 CCR 2636, 2643(c)(1), 2666(f) Failure to install a line leak detector. <br /> OBSERVATION: The pressurized piping on the diesel tank is not equipped with an automatic line leak detector. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Automatic line leak detectors are required to be equipped on underground pressurized <br /> piping systems that carry a hazardous substance. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Correct immediately by having a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor install a <br /> leak detector(LG 113-x listed, if applicable)and obtain a permit within one business day from the EHD. If the leak <br /> detector can't be installed immediately,there is a possibility that the diesel UST system may be red tagged to <br /> prevent fuel inputs. <br /> This is a Class I violation. <br /> 319 CCR 2635, 2637.2,2665, 2712 Failure to comply with overfill prevention equipment requirements. <br /> OBSERVATION: The mechanical flapper used as the overfill prevention system is not currently functional on the <br /> diesel UST. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All UST systems must be equipped with an approved,functional overfill prevention <br /> device at all times during delivery operations. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is <br /> repaired or replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> If the failed component can't be replaced immediately,there is a possibility that the diesel UST system may be red <br /> tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> This is a Class 11 violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
