Date: 02/13/2022 <br />Manufacturer training: FF, 05/30/22 <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />On site to: <br />- Witness overfill prevention testing of installed Franklin Fueling Defender Series overfill prevention valve. <br />- Verified tank charts and calculations with technician (Xerxes 12,000 -gallon, installed 6/6/1991) <br />- All 4 drop tubes are currently set above 95% <br />- Could not verify ball floats have been removed. There is a 90 degree bend in the vent pipes to prevent direct view to the tank <br />from the vent pipe. Per the technician, to verify that ball floats have been removed, the cap of the vent pipe coming directly <br />above the tank would need to be removed. The technician attempted to remove the cap to observe the vent pipe but it was <br />rusted and could not be removed.
