Please see forwarded email below from Bravo. The drip trays should be the gray attachment to the conversion
frame seen in the image on pages 3 and 5 of the attachment from Bravo. As such, these conversion frames should be
installed and as the installed Retrofit Plate Kit is not approved by Bravo and was not signed off by a Bravo certified
technician. In addition I was reading through the Conversion Frame Retrofit Kit document and it states that these kits
are actually for situations where electrical conduits are outside of the UDC opening.

For this permit, conversion frames with the drip tray to allow potential leaks from the piping located outside of the UDC
should be installed per Bravo. Revised application pages will be required for the permit for the parts to be installed.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thank you

All the Best,
Carol Presto
Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
Email: cpresto@sjgov.org | Phone: (209) 616-3061
https://www.sjgov.org/department/envhealth/

From: Rivera, Stacy [EHD] <srivera@sjgov.org>
Sent: Wednesday, October 27, 2021 3:47 PM
To: Presto, Carol [EHD] <cpresto@sjgov.org>
Subject: FW: Bravo Dispenser sump top replacement question

Stacy Rivera
Lead Sr. Registered Environmental Health Specialist

San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E.
