The study shall use rainfall data most near to the project site to get
accurate representation of potential nitrate loading to groundwater.
b) Per study, the proposed project will utilize 200 gallons of wastewater per day. EHD calculates nitrates
loading based on number of bedrooms with 100 gallons of wastewater being from the first bedroom
followed by 50 gallons for each additional bedroom. A four bedroom will result in 250 gallons, which
is greater than proposed 200 gallons per day.
Submit an addendum addressing above mentioned concern and EHD will respond accordingly.
If you have any questions please contact Naseem Ahmed, Senior Registered Environmental Health
Specialist, at nahmed@sjgov.org or (209) 616-3018.
Muniappa Naidu, REHS
Assistant Director
c: Baez Consulting &Jonathan Blas Loper Rodriguez- 1349 Anteros Ave, Stockton, CA 95215
1868 E.
