Jack Tone Rd, Stockton <br />APN 181-080-17, SR0083203 <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Jasjit Kang, RENS, Director <br />Muniappa Naidu, REHS, Assistant Director <br />PROGRAM COORDINATORS <br />Robert McClellon, REHS <br />Jeff Carruesco, REHS, RDI <br />Willy Ng, REHS <br />Michael Kith, REHS <br />Melissa Nissim, REHS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil Suitability/Nitrate <br />Loading (SSNL) Study, dated January 20, 2021 and has the following comments for your consideration. <br />The SSNL Study was prepared to determine the suitability of the soil and the potential long-term nitrate impact <br />from the onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) to the groundwater from the proposed three-bedroom <br />dwelling. <br />Based on the information provided, the EHD can make the following findings: <br />1.
