(WPI),on behalf of Equilon Enterprises LLC dba Shell Oil Products US (Equilon), <br /> has prepared this work plan for the abandonment of groundwater monitoring wells associated with the <br /> former Shell service station at 434 East Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard in Stockton, California <br /> (Site). The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) requested a well <br /> abandonment work plan for this Site in their letter dated August 31,2020 included in Appendix A. <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The Site, an approximately 0.48-acre parcel identified by Assessor's Parcel Number 167-15-031, is <br /> situated on the southwest corner of East Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and California Street <br /> in Stockton, California(Figure 1).
