The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been addressed for SPEEDCO# 944 as of October 20, 2020. We hope to have these sooner but by this date for sure. We had a new manager take over in August and we are not sure what happened with these documents. Starting January 1st we are requiring the hazarous waste hauler electronically upload waste manifest into a website that the store will be able to access. Violation#118-Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. OBSERVATION The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for used oil transported from the site from 8-28-2017 to 12-31-2019. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts for used oil from 8-28-2017 to 12-31-2019 Maintain the records on-site for three years from the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD).
