Its used
for a FYI when was the last time they placed diesel inside."The violation in question is not a labeling violation, diesel from a
"product" diesel tank was observed accumulating on top of the tank and floor. Please provide a response on how diesel
was cleaned and managed afterwards. Please provide a copy of the disposal receipt from Patriot Environmental for the
clean-up of the tank room. —I was mistaken and this was not cleaned by Patriot Environmental. This was cleaned by
the store personal. I have added pictures of the diesel product tank and the used oil tank room which shows them both
as clean.
Violation 601: Please provide disposal receipt for the one 55-gallon container with used oil absorbent.
Violation 605 and 608: Please provide photos and/or detailed statements of how the hazardous waste labels were
corrected. For instance: For the one 55-gallon container with used paper oil filters lacking hazardous properties. What
hazardous property was selected to correct this on the label. Please send a photo and/or detailed statement for the
used metal oil filters and corrected label.—I have attached a photo of the label and the filters are both labeled as toxic
for physical properties.
I know you mentioned you hoped to have everything by Monday(2-8-2021).
Note:All EHD staff time associated with failing to comply is billed at the current hourly rate ($152). Failure to submit the
completed information immediately may result in a re-inspection, additional violations, and/or further legal action.
Hope to hear from you soon,
i
