Box 179 <br /> Manteca, CA 95336 <br /> RE: Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study <br /> 7350 Elm Street, French Camp <br /> APN 193-110-13, SR0083128 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil Suitability/Nitrate <br /> Loading (SSNL) Study, dated January 24, 2021 and submitted on January 8, 2021 for the above noted <br /> location, and has the following comments for your consideration. <br /> The SSNL was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted parcel for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> system (OWTS) usage and the potential long-term impact of nitrate to groundwater from the proposed French <br /> Camp elementary school expansion. <br /> Based on the information provided, the EHD can make the following findings: <br /> 1. A commercial septic system typical loads total nitrogen from wastewater of 85 mg/L-N.
