Hello Kristina,
Attached is the Hazardous Material Training that we conducted with all the employees. We have also
registered in the CERS portal and will upload the required documents into the site.
Thank you,
Armando Uribe
Sent from Mail for Windows 10
From: Saetern, Kristina Gaen [EHD1
Sent: Tuesday, February 2, 2021 1:16 PM
To: armandouribelOghotmail.com
Subject: 2469 Naglee Rd, Tracy-HMBP Training Record Request
Hi Armando,
As discussed over the phone, I need the employee training records by the 2/9/2021 or will be forced to issue a
violation for failure to provide Environmental Health Department staff with the employee training records.
The employee training can be as simple as just having a safety meeting with staff going over what carbon
dioxide is and what to do if a release happens. Then document the meeting on the training form I have
provide. I also wanted to make sure that the Hazardous Material Business Plan (HMBP) is readily available
for staff at the facility. A hard copy on site is sufficient but must include a map of the facility, emergency
contact information, and emergency response plan.
Next, I want to make sure the facility information has been updated in the California Environmental
Reporting System (CERS). Please do not forget to make your annual submittals onto the California
Environmental Reporting Systems (CERS)by January 15, 2021. The annual submittals shall include Facility
Information, Hazardous Materials Inventory, and Emergency Response and Training Plan. Please sign the
documents and upload it onto CERS.
5
