There is a guidance document attached.These elements should all be submitted annually regardless of any changes that have happened. These CERS elements should be submitted annually between November 1—January 15. For example, for 2021 the HMBP submittals should be made between 11/1/2020 through 1/15/2021. For 2022 HMBP the submittal should be made between 11/1/2021 through 1/15/2022. I've attached some forms to this email about the Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) and I'll explain each below. • Document:HMBP Guidelines This document is a rundown of the Hazardous Materials Business Plan program. It has information about each section in CERS like what should be reported in your chemical inventory and FAQs. • Document:HMBP Site Map Guidelines(w sample map) This document has information on what should be on your HMBP site map.This map should be uploaded in the "Hazardous Materials Inventory" section in CERS. This map is different than the UST map that shows your sensors and tanks.The HMBP map should have all the required elements on listed on this document.The second page has a sample map to give you an idea of what your map should look like. It does not have to look exactly like this or use the same icons. • Document:Site Map Template This is a blank site map template. You don't have to use this to create your site map, but I've sent it to you just in case you would like to use it. • Document:HMBP Contingency Plan Template This is a template you can use for your"Emergency Response and Training Plans" CERS submittal. It has training plans embedded in the template on page 4. Fill out this form and submit it in CERS under the "Emergency Response/Contingency Plan: Upload Documents".
