The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas directly involved in <br /> the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number of the <br /> emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of the <br /> fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the required information at the facility, or if the facility has a full <br /> contingency plan containing the required information, ensure the full plan is available on site, either electronically or <br /> in a hard copy format. Provide a statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department that the <br /> correction is complete. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 110 CCR 66262.40(a) Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste generator signed copies of Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest(UHWM) <br /> number 012938183FLE (4/1/2021)was not found on-site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the generator signed manifests and send a copy to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department(EHD). Provide a corrective action statement to the EHD within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 303 CCR 66262.34(4)(2) Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination <br /> equipment. <br /> OBSERVATION: The fire extinguisher at fuel pump 15 was missing at the time of inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All facility communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment, spill control <br /> equipment, and decontamination equipment,where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure <br /> its proper operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the fire extinguisher at fuel pump 15 into proper working order by repair, replacement <br /> or testing.
