PUBLIC REVIEW PERIOD <br /> This NOP is being circulated for public review and comment for a period of 34 days beginning March 6, 2020 <br /> and ending on April 8, 2020. If you are from an agency that will need to consider the SEIR when <br /> deciding whether to issue permits or other approvals for the project, please provide the name of a contact <br /> person in any comments. <br /> Focus of Input <br /> The City relies on responsible and trustee agencies to provide information relevant to the analysis of resources <br /> within their respective jurisdictions.The City encourages input on the SEIR, with a focus on the following topics: <br /> i Scope of Environmental Analysis. Guidance on the scope of analysis for this SEIR, including identification <br /> of specific issues that will require closer study due to the location, scale, and character of the River <br /> Islands at Lathrop Phase 2 Project; <br /> i Mitigation Measures.
