Additionally, to ease the financial burden for Valley businesses, the District is currently offering substantial incentive funding that covers the full cost of purchasing, installing, and maintaining the system for up to two years. Please contact the District at (559) 230-5800 or technology@valleyair.org for more information. 6d) District Rule 9410 (Employer Based Trip Reduction) The Project may be subject to District Rule 9410 (Employer Based Trip Reduction) if the Project would result in employment of 100 or more "eligible" employees. District Rule 9410 requires employers with 100 or more "eligible" employees at a worksite to establish an Employer Trip Reduction Implementation Plan (eTRIP) that encourages employees to reduce single-occupancy vehicle trips, thus reducing pollutant emissions associated with work commutes. Under an eTRIP plan, employers have the flexibility to select the options that work best for their worksites and their employees. To comply with CEQA requirements for full disclosure, the District recommends that the modeling outputs be provided as appendices to the EIR. The District further recommends that the District be provided with an electronic copy of all input and output files for all modeling. 7b) A discussion of the components and phases of the Project and the associated emission projections, including ongoing emissions from each previous phase. 7c) A discussion of Project design elements and mitigation measures, including characterization of the effectiveness of each mitigation measure incorporated into the Project.
