The NOP mentions the widening of Paradise Road from River Islands at Lathrop Phase 2 Project site to 1-205 and connecting to the proposed Paradise Rd/Chrisman Road interchange at 1-205.The City of Lathrop should contribute to the cost of construction of this interchange. The City of Lathrop should provide to the City of Tracy, the Regional Traffic Impact Study including the mitigations due to this widening and connection to 1-205. 2. The NOP mentions the possibility of connecting the Golden Valley Parkway to 1-205, via the proposed Paradise Rd/Chrisman Rd interchange. City of Tracy should be provided with the Regional Traffic Impact Study including the mitigations due to this extension of Golden Valley Parkway to Paradise Rd.
