The listing for the Proposed River Islands MS/ES is <br /> associated with a school evaluation performed about 1/4 mile northeast of the Property as part of <br /> the River Islands development. <br /> Based on the distances to the identified database sites, regional topographic gradient, and the <br /> EDR findings, it is unlikely that the above-stated database sites pose an environmental risk to the <br /> Property.
