<br /> Document Number 2003-197462, San Joaquin County Records, as said Parcels are also shown
<br /> and designated as Tracts 2 and 3, respectively, on the Record of Survey filed August 4, 2004, in
<br /> Book 35 of Surveys, at Page 142, San Joaquin County Recorder's Office.
<br /> Together with the following parcel of land:
<br /> A portion of Lot 1, as said Lot 1 is described in the Grant Deed to Califia, LLC, recorded June 3,
<br /> 2016, as Document Number 2016-063963, San Joaquin County Records, more particularly
<br /> described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point at the Southwestern corner of Parcel 22, as said parcel is described in the
<br /> Grant Deed to Califia, LLC, recorded March 30, 2001, as Document Number 2001-046177,
<br /> Official Records of San Joaquin County, as said parcel is also shown and designated as Tract 12
<br /> on the Record of Survey filed August 4, 2004, in Book 35 of Surveys, at Page 142, San Joaquin
<br /> County Recorder's Office; thence, from said point of
<br /> beginning, along the Southern line of Parcel 11, as said parcel is described in the Grant Deed to
<br /> Califia, LLC, recorded March 30, 2001, as Document Number 2001-046177, Official Records of
<br /> San Joaquin County, as said parcel is also shown and designated as Tract 7 on the Record of
<br /> Survey filed August 4,2004, in Book 35 of Surveys, at Page 142, San Joaquin County Recorder's
<br /> Office, the following two (2) courses: (1) North
<br /> 55024'56" West 724.53 feet, and (2) North 77053'29" West 91.53 feet; thence, leaving said
<br /> Southern line, North 47055'04" East 137.41 feet; thence, South 55024'56 East 793.40 feet to
<br /> the Northwestern line of said Parcel 22 (Document Number 2001-046177), as shown on said
<br /> Record of Survey (35 Surveys 142); thence, leaving said Northwestern line, South 64005'58"
<br /> East 135.97 feet to the Southwestern line of said Parcel 22 as shown on said Record of Survey;
<br /> thence, along said Southwestern line the following two (2) courses: (1) South 70006'02" West
