<br /> Joaquin County, more particularly described as follows:
<br /> Beginning the Southern corner of corner of said Tract 29, said corner also being a point on the Northwestern
<br /> line of the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way; thence, from said point of beginning, along said Northwestern
<br /> line of the Union Pacific Railroad Right-of-way, North 38017'40"West 400.25 feet to the Western corner of
<br /> said Tract 29; thence, from said Western corner, along the Northwestern line of said Tract 29, the following
<br /> Two (2) courses: (1) North 49041'07" East 1,264.79 feet; and (2) Along a tangent 8,298.11 foot radius curve
<br /> to the right, through a central angle of 07018'15", an arc distance of 1,057.89 feet; thence, leaving said
<br /> Northwestern line, East 25.20 feet; thence, South 464.69 feet to a point on said Northwestern line of the
<br /> Union Pacific Railroad right of way; thence, along said Northwestern line, the following two (2) courses: (1)
<br /> Along a non-tangent 7,898.11 foot radius curve to the left, from which the center of said curve bears South
<br /> 34041'38" East, through a central angle of 05037'15", an arc distance of 774.82 feet; and (2) South 49041'07"
