( Resolution R - 00 -433 ) <br /> 6 ) The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this application . The fee is <br /> due and payable at the time of grading permit application . The fee will be based on the <br /> current schedule at the time of payment . ( Resolution 13 - 06 - 38 ) <br /> 7 ) The developer shall provide drainage facilities in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards . Retention basins shall be fenced with six ( 6 ) foot high chain link <br /> fence or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more . Required retention <br /> basin capacity shall be calculated and submitted along with a drainage plan for review and <br /> approval , prior to release of grading permit . ( Development Title Section 9 - 1135 ) <br /> 8 ) The existing sign on the southwest corner of the property shall be removed prior issuance <br /> of the grading permit . <br /> 9 ) This project is subject to the NPDES Region -Wide Permit requirements and shall comply <br /> with the following conditions . Prior to release of the grading permit , plans and calculations <br /> shall be submitted and approved by the Public Works Department — Water Resources <br /> Division ( 209 - 468 - 3605 ) : <br /> a ) Treatment : A registered professional engineer shall design the site to treat the 85th <br /> percentile storm as defined in the County ' s 2021 Storm Water Quality Control <br /> Criteria Plan ( SWQCCP ) . <br /> b ) Hydromodification : A registered professional engineer shall design the site to comply <br /> with the volume reduction requirement outlined in the County ' s 2021 SWQCCP . <br />
