The <br /> Envision Stockton 2040 General Plan designates the subject site as Residential Estate , <br /> and the proposed truck parking land use is inconsistent with this General Plan land use I <br /> �f <br /> designation . <br /> l <br /> i <br /> Should the County take action to approve the project application , the subsequent II <br /> establishment of a truck parking business as described in the referral would harm the City <br /> by restricting opportunities to implement its General Plan .
