f. TRUCK PARKING : The design of truck parking areas shall be as follows : <br /> 1 . All maneuvering areas shall be surfaced with all -weather material as defined and approved by the <br /> San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association . Storage areas for trucks and trailers may be <br /> surfaced with gravel or higher classification of surfacing . ( Development Title Section 9 - <br /> 406 . 080 [ g ] [ 5 ] ) <br /> 2 . A minimum 10 -foot-wide setback shall be maintained along all interior lot lines . ( Development Title <br /> Section 9 -406 . 080 [ e ] [ 1 ] ) <br /> 3 . Spaces shall be a minimum 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width and shall have minimum height <br /> clearance of 14 feet . ( Development Title Section 9 -406 . 080 [ g ] [ 1 ] ) <br /> g . ACCESS AND CIRCULATION : The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan . <br /> 1 . Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty -five ( 25 ) feet for two -way aisles and <br /> sixteen ( 16 ) feet for one -way aisles , except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department access be less than twenty ( 20 ) feet wide . All storage materials and related activities , including storage areas for trash , shall be screened so <br /> as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-ways . This screening shall be <br /> between 6 and 8 feet in height . Items stored within 100 feet of a public street or a Residential zone <br /> shall not be stacked higher than 2 feet above the adjacent screen . All exterior electrical cage enclosures and storage tanks shall be screened from view from adjacent <br /> public streets and Residential zones . LIGHTING : Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following : <br /> 1 .
