No. 038/Our Job No. 10199.5 <br /> On behalf of Costco Wholesale, Barghausen Consulting Engineers, Inc. is submitting the required <br /> documents for the UST Retrofit or Piping Repair Permit application for the removal of the existing HEALY <br /> Clean Air Separator and installation of the ARID Permeator at the facility referenced above. <br /> This project scope of work includes removing the existing HEALY CAS unit and the above ground 1" pipe <br /> connections between the Healy CAS and vents. The contractor is to then excavate the vent riser area to <br /> expose the existing vent piping. The contractor will then install the ARID Permeator unit on the existing <br /> concrete pad and reconnect the piping. The contractor will install new 2" compression fitting at the <br /> existing vent transition sump, install new double wall fiberglass vapor return line from the existing vent <br /> transition sump down to the existing tank #1 turbine sump. The contractor will saw cut and patch <br /> concrete slab as required for the installation of new piping. Please reference the full scope of work on T2 <br /> of the installation plans. <br /> Click HERE for the following items for your review and approval: <br /> 1. One (1) set of site plans prepared by Barghausen Consulting Engineers, Inc. dated January <br /> 21, 2021 <br /> 6. One (1) copy of the CARB Approved VR-202-Z ARID Permeator Executive Order <br /> 7. One (1) copy of the CARB Approved VR-202-Z ARID Permeator Installation and O & M <br /> Manual <br /> 8.
