Certified installers are required to pro- <br /> vide the GDF operator with the completed Equipment Warranty Notice,form 577013-868, for their records. <br /> RF Transmitter Considerations <br /> Installation of this equipment in wet or below grade locations requires that the installer take steps to ensure that <br /> the equipment is mounted above the maximum water level. <br /> A CAUTION!-The Transmitter will not function properly in water.Also,submersion of the Transmitter in <br /> water can cause permanent damage to the internal electronics. <br /> Wireless 2 devices will not function properly if certain conditions arise such as, but not limited to,the <br /> following: <br /> • Ambient Interference- Due to site layout or vehicles parked in the RF transmission path. For <br /> example, CSLD will not function if the transmission path is blocked for more than a few minutes. <br /> • Improper equipment installation - Keep objects from improperly coming in contact with the <br /> antenna.
