No. 038/Our Job No. 10199.5 <br /> On behalf of Costco Wholesale, Barghausen Consulting Engineers, Inc. is submitting the required documents for the UST <br /> Retrofit or Piping Repair Permit application for the removal of the existing HEALY Clean Air Separator and installation of <br /> the ARID Permeator at the facility referenced above. <br /> This project scope of work includes removing the existing HEALY CAS unit and the above ground 1" pipe connections <br /> between the Healy CAS and vents. The contractor is to then excavate the vent riser area to expose the existing vent piping. <br /> The contractor will then install the ARID Permeator unit on the existing concrete pad and reconnect the piping. The <br /> contractor will install new 2"compression fitting at the existing vent transition sump, install new double wall fiberglass vapor <br /> return line from the existing vent transition sump down to the existing tank#1 turbine sump. The contractor will saw cut and <br /> patch concrete slab as required for the installation of new piping.
