The CAS was still in place as the Permeator was not yet installed,and the new line was capped until installation can be finalized. Piping from the tanks to the dispensers and between the tanks had not been uncovered. The new piping is configured so that the permeator can be installed in accordance with figure 2-10 from exhibit 2 of VR-202-Z (single 3-inch manifolded inlet,2-inch return line to 87 grade tank). The vapor piping run to highest grade tank is less than 90 feet. The start-up date is projected to be around 2/18/21.
