Container with flour has a cracked lid.All containers shall be <br /> cleaned and damaged ones replaced. Make sure to re-label once they have been cleaned. <br /> Interior and exterior if ice machine not clean. Clean and sanitize, immediately.Always make sure that ice scoop is stored <br /> outside of machine. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. Canopy-type hoods shall extend 6"beyond all cooking equipment.All areas shall have sufficient ventilation <br /> to facilitate proper food storage. Toilet rooms shall be vented to the outside air by a screened openable window,an air shaft, or a <br /> light-switch activated exhaust fan,consistent with local building codes.
