Interested parties are able to learn more about the proposed Solid Waste FaciIi y <br />Permit (SWFP) <br />1. Report of Compost Site Information <br />2. Odor Impact Mitigation Plan <br />3. Completed Permit <br />B. Interested parties can provide comments the Local Enforcement Agent (LEA) <br />IV. Permitting Process <br />A. LEA completes a Solid Waste Facility Permit <br />B. The LEA will make a decision to approve or deny the SWFP within 120 dEy, of <br />the completed application <br />C. The SWFP is submitted to CalRecycle for concurrence <br />V.
