This is a violation of permit condition 17(r)(13). <br />B. On 6/13/12, Robert McClellon and I met with Jed Phelps (general manager) and Linda Novick (project <br />manager). The logistics of moving the scale were discussed. Robert instructed Mr. Phelps and Ms. <br />Novick to submit to the EHD documentation describing a timeline for the start and completion of the <br />project. As of the date of this inspection, no such documentation has been submitted. <br />C. Immediately, submit the required documention. <br />inspevtion <br />t�eport Comments •`I .i...,; ,.. <br />Monthly compost inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. Previous area of concern regarding only one temperature being taken of the feedstock piles has been <br />corrected. Documentation was available showing that multiple temperatures were being taken of the <br />on site piles. <br />2. The sign -in sheet for the training records only show the printed names of the employees. Have <br />employees sign -in by printing and signing their names. <br />3. A small amount of treated wood waste (TWW) was observed in the woody material pile. The TWW <br />was removed and put into the TWW container. <br />4. All onsite garbage containers were checked for hazardous waste. No hazardous waste in these <br />containers was observed. <br />5. According to the operator, the onsite noise barrier was inspected and approved by the Community <br />Development Department -Building Inspection Division. <br />6. The temperature of the greenwaste pile, the woody material pile, and the ground woody material pile <br />was 98 F, 92 F, and 96 F respectively. The temperature range of the windrows and overs was 104 F <br />to 138 F and 96 F to 98 F respetively. The temperature range of the pre-screened product and the <br />screened product was 123 F to 124 F and 106 F to 145 F respectively. No ground greenwaste piles <br />were on site. <br />
