It was decided that exceeding the facility design capacity will be <br />cited as a violation on this report with a compliance deadline of February 22, 2017 to reduce the material amount to <br />100,000 cubic yards or below. A requirement to submit a plan detailing how the facility will reach this amount by the <br />compliance deadline was added. The reason for this is so that if a plan is submitted, then we will not cite this issue as a <br />violation on the monthly inspections prior to the deadline. As long as a plan is submitted, it will be cited as an area of <br />concern on the reports following this one until the deadline. <br />If you have any questions, please let me know. <br />Thank you for emailing me your schedule.
