Notes: <br />1.) Facility experienced a fire to a screening machine on the night of 6/1/17. <br />2.) Temperature range of windrows on site was between 152F and 160F. Temperature range of finished compost was <br />between 100F and 150F. Temperature range of overs was between 84F to 94F. Temperature of finished product <br />adjacent to retention pond was 152F. Temperature range of ground waste was between 136F and 144F. <br />3.) A light amount of track -out was observed on Frewert Rd. <br />4.) Facility has begun placement of new windrows and has posted new numbers along eastern fence for each pile. <br />Ensure temperature log is kept accurate to verify pathogen reduction. <br />5.) Odors on site were light. <br />6.) Fly population was light. <br />7.) Bait stations were in place and log was available for review. <br />8.)
