Piles of material on <br /> site exceed 250' in length. Piles of material have been on site for more than 6 months. <br /> A. Facility must comply with design parameters and LEA conditions specified in the solid waste facility permit. <br /> B. Facility is permitted to operate over an area of 20 acres with a maximum of 100,000 cubic yards of material on <br /> site. Stockpiles on site shall not exceed 25' in height, 150' in width, and 250' in length. Stockpiling of compostable <br /> organic material for a combined period of time greater than six months is considered disposal and must either be <br /> removed from the site or processed for composting purposes. <br /> C. Facility must reduce the amount of material on site to 100,000 cubic yards or below and alter piles on site so <br /> that they are within the dimensions listed above. Remove all material that has been on site for more than 6 <br /> months. <br /> x 17863- Report of Composting Site Information <br /> Comments: Facility is not able to grind and place incoming green waste into windrows within 72 hours of receipt. <br /> A. Facility must comply with its Report of Composting Site Information (RCSI). <br /> B. According to facility RCSI, all compostable material entering the facility is to be ground and placed into <br /> windrows within 72 hours of receipt. <br /> C. Facility experienced a fire to one of the overs piles located on the west side of the property. This has resulted in <br /> ponding of water in this area (north of retention pond). Fire was documented in facility's special occurrence log. <br /> 2.)Temperature range of windrows was 154F to 176F. Temperature range of overs piles was 82F to 124F. Temperature <br /> of ground waste pile was 148F. Temperature of green waste pile was 150F.Temperature range of finished product was <br /> 120F to 150F. <br /> 3.)Odors on site were light and normal. <br /> 4.) Fly population on site was light. <br /> 5.) Facility has submitted sample for testing. <br /> 6.)
