<br /> Comments: Litter was observed flying over the east fence from a tall pile of overs placed near the fence.
<br /> A. All handling activities shall be conducted in a manner that minimizes vectors, litter, hazards, nuisances, and
<br /> noise impacts; and minimizes human contact with, inhalation, ingestion, and transportation of dust, particulates,
<br /> and pathogenic organisms.
<br /> B. Ensure height of piles stored near perimeter fencing (except finished product) are kept at lower heights to
<br /> ensure litter does not fly over the fence. Monitor wind conditions and halt site activity once winds reach 25mph.
