Piles of material on site exceed <br />250' in length. Facility is not able to process green waste within 72 hours of receipt. <br />A. Facility must comply with design parameters and LEA conditions specified in the solid waste facility permit. <br />B. Facility is permitted to operate over an area of 20 acres with a maximum of 100,000 cubic yards of material on <br />site. Stockpiles on site shall not exceed 25' in height, 150' in width, and 250' in length. All compostable material <br />entering the site must be ground and incorporated into windrows with 72 hours of receipt. <br />C. Facility has submitted a corrective action plan to reduce volume on site to below 100,000 by February 22, <br />2017 and to reduce processing time of waste to 72 hours or less. <br />D. Follow corrective action plans to reduce volume and decrease processing time. Measure and alter piles on <br />site so that they are within the dimension limits stated in the permit. Continue processing accumulated material <br />on site. Correct by February 22, 2017. <br />x <br />17867(a)(3) - Vectors/Litter/Hazard/Nuisance/Noise/Dust <br />Comments: -Litter was observed in the field east of the facility adjacent to the ag-well. <br />-Track-out mud was observed on Frewert Rd. <br />-Facility does not have any vector bait stations in place on site. <br />A. All handling activities shall be conducted in a manner that minimizes vectors, litter, hazards, nuisances, and <br />noise impacts; and minimizes human contact with, inhalation, ingestion, and transportation of dust, particulates, <br />and pathogenic organisms. <br />B. Ensure Frewert Rd. is cleaned on a regular basis. Inspect adjacent fields regularly for litter and clean <br />immediately. <br />C. Implement use of vector bait stations around the entire facility.
