Previous area of concern regarding litter from the facility going onto adjacent properties <br />has been corrected. Litter along the adjacent properties was cleaned up. The facility <br />submitted with application and payment, the updated RCSI stating that the adjacent <br />properties will be monitored for litter and cleaned up if necessary. <br />2. Signs of regular cleaning of Frewert Road was observed. The above mentioned updated <br />RCSI also includes a description stating that regular cleaning of Frewert Road will be <br />done. <br />3. There was separtion between the manually screened greenwaste pile and the newly <br />deposited greenwaste received. <br />4. The odor and fly population was light. <br />5. There were signs that the site recently used the water truck for dust control. Dust was <br />light. <br />6. Records were available for review. <br />7. The tempeature range of the greenwaste and ground material was 83 F to 108 F and <br />125 F to 133 F respectively. The temperature range of the windrows and overs was <br />118 F to 151 F and 94 F to 97 F respectively. The temperature of the pre-screened <br />product and the screened product was 143 F and 153 F respectively. The temperature of <br />the wood material pile and ground wood material (hogfuel) pile was 81 F and 115 F <br />respectively. <br />
