<br />Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted:
<br />1. According to the tonnage report submitted by the facility for the month of January 2014,
<br />there were no days where the amount of ground wood waste leaving the facility was at or
<br />over 25 tons.
<br />2. The average amount of material leaving the facility for the month of January 2014 is 23.1
<br />tons per day.
