There was no litter observed along the adjacent properties. <br />2. Signs of regular cleaning of Frewert Road was observed. <br />3. All records were available for review. <br />4. The odor and fly popluation was light. Dust was also minimal. <br />5. The temperature of the greenwaste and overs was 133 F and 98 F respectively. The <br />temperature range of the ground material and windrows was 106 F to 135 F and 141 F to <br />157 F respectively. The temperature of the pre-screened product and the screened <br />product was 98 F and 88 F respectively. There was no ground wood waste (hogfuel) on <br />site. <br />
