There was no litter observed on the adjacent properties. <br />2. Signs of regular cleaning of Frewert Road was observed. <br />3. All records were available for review. <br />4. The odor and fly population was light. <br />5. There were strong winds during the inspection. The dust level was moderate. The <br />water truck was not in operation during the inspection due to on-site maintenance <br />of the vehicle. Facility was instructed to use the water truck immediately once repaired. <br />6. The temperature range of the greenwaste was 73 F to 77 F. The temperature of the <br />overs and hogfuel was 102 F and 73 F respetively. The temperature range of the <br />windrows was 133 F to 144 F. The temperature range of the pre-screened product and <br />the screened product was 133 F to 142 F and 132 F to 140 F. <br />
