All handling activities shall be conducted in a manner that minimizes litter. <br />B. Follow the litter control section of the Report of Composting Site Information. <br />C. Perform a cleanup of the above mentioned area. <br />Inspectlotti. <br />Report, comments: <br />Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. There was fresh track -out mud in front of the facility along Frewert Road. Operator was reminded that <br />this area needs to be regularly cleaned. <br />2. All records were available for review. The temperature and turning records did not indicate when <br />pathogen reduction was met. Operator was told that the records needed to indicate when pathogen <br />reduction was met for each applicable windrow. Operator was also told to have the pathogen reduction <br />indicated by the next monthly inspection or an area of concern would be issued. <br />3. Odor, dust, and fly population was light. <br />4. The pile of compost product with glass was removed. <br />5. The temperature of the greenwaste and overs was 96 F and 85 F respectively. The temperature range <br />of the ground material and windrows was 109 F to 120 F and 115 F to 148 F. The temperature range of <br />the pre-screened product and the screened product was 109 F to 110 F and 105 F to 133 F respectively. <br />The temperature of the hogfuel was 90 F. <br />
