All handling activities shall be conducted in a manner that minimizes litter. <br />B. Facility was instructed to immediately have the litter cleaned up. Facility was also instructed to submit photos <br />of the <br />cleanup. <br />C. This is a continued area of concern. <br />tnspect�on`. <br />I <br />pork+Lomments 2t <br />Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. Frewert Road, in front of the facility, was watered to remove the track -out mud. <br />2. There is a pile of compost with glass. Operator stated that he intends to screen the material. Material must <br />be screened or removed by March 2015. <br />3. All records were available for review. The temperature and turning records indicated when pathogen <br />reduction was met for each windrow. <br />4. The odor and fly population was moderate. No issues with dust observed. <br />5. Facility has produced 5,000 cubic -yards of compost since the last sample was tested for metals, fecal <br />coliform, and Salmonella. Facility was instructed to have a compost sample tested. <br />6. The temperature of the greenwaste and overs was 104 F and 94 F respectively. The temperature range <br />of the windrows was 118 F to 131 F. The temperature of the ground material and hogfuel was 122 F and <br />136 F respectively. The temperature of the pre-screened product and the screened product was 118 F and <br />134 F respectively. <br />
