Previous area of concern regarding windblown litter from the compost facility accumulating on the property <br /> located adjacent east has been corrected. Operator submitted photos of the cleanup on 11/4/14. During <br /> the inspection today, this area was looked at. The litter was removed from this area. <br /> 2. There was some mud on Frewert Road in front of the facility. This was due to continuous rain and mud from <br /> the facility. Operator was reminded to continuously maintain this area of Frewert Road. <br /> 3. The pile of compost with glass was still on site. <br /> 4. All records, including the temperature and turning records,were available for review. <br /> 5. The odor and fly population was light. Dust was minimal. <br /> 6. The facility is awaiting the test results for the compost product submitted last month. Since the test results <br /> were submitted, the facility has already generated over 5,000 cubic-yards of compost product. Facility <br /> was instructed to submit another sample for testing once the sample results from last month's compost <br /> have been received. <br /> 7. The temperature range of the greenwaste and ground material was 69 F to 73 F and 113 F to 136 F <br /> respectively. The temperature range of the windrows was 122 F to 165 F. The temperature range of the <br /> pre-screened product and the screened product was 108 F to 122 F and 90 F to 112 F respectively. The <br /> temperature of the overs was 78 F. <br />
