There was track-out mud in front of the facility along Frewert Road. Operator was reminded that this area <br /> needs to be regularly cleaned. <br /> 2. The pile of compost with glass is still on site. <br /> 3. All records, including temperature and turning records,were available for review. <br /> 4. The odor and fly population was light and dust was minimal. <br /> 5. No offsite litter was observed. <br /> 6. The analysis results for the metal concentration,fecal coliform density, and Salmonella density of the <br /> compost product was available for review. The compost met the state standards. Facility was instructed <br /> to immediately send another compost sample in for testing because over 5,000 cubic yards of product has <br /> been produced since. <br /> 7. The temperature of the greenwaste and overs was 122 F and 97 F respectively. The temperature range of <br /> the ground material and windrows was 161 F to 164 F and 154 F to 157 F respectively. The temperature <br /> of the pre-screened product and the screened product was 148 F and 87 F respectively. <br />
