Previous area of concern regarding a failed compost product test for fecal coliform has <br /> has been corrected. <br /> 2. The newly deposited unscreened greenwaste was not separated from the manually <br /> screened greenwaste pile. The operator was instructed to keep these piles separated. <br /> 3. There was new fencing installed along the northeast side of the facility, along the scale. <br /> 4. Updates to the RCSI regarding compost product sample collection and receiving ground <br /> material from outside sources has not yet been submitted to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department. Facility was instructed to submit the updated RCSI by <br /> 6/3/13. <br /> 5. The wind speed during the inspection was high. There was a sawdust pile that was <br /> uncovered and not watered. The material in the pile was being blown offsite. Facility <br /> was instructed to water the pile to prevent the material from further being blown <br /> offsite. The facility did water the pile. Operator was instructed to constantly water the <br /> pile during windy days. <br /> 6. All records were available for review. <br /> 7. The temperature of the greenwaste and pre-screened product was 92 F and 82 F <br /> respectively. The temperature range of the ground material and windrows was 90 F to <br /> 144 F and 142 F to 153 F respectively. The temperature range of the screened product <br /> and ground wood waste was 95 F to 124 F and 83 F to 104 F respectively. The <br /> temperature of the wood waste pile was 90 F. <br />
