The newly deposited unscreened greenwaste was separated from the manually screened <br /> greenwaste pile. <br /> 2. Facility submitted a rough draft updated RCSI. Facility will be instructed to submit a final <br /> copy with recommended changes by 7/31/13. <br /> 3. All records were available for review. <br /> 4. There was a significant increase in the fly population. This was brought to the attention <br /> of the assistant general manager during the inspection. He said that he is in the process <br /> of contracting with "Premiere Pest Mangament"to come out and do fly control. <br /> 5. The temperature of the greenwaste and ground material was 86 F and 139 F respectively. <br /> The temperature range of the windrows was 118 F to 147 F. The temperature of the <br /> sawdust pile and pre-screend pile was 92 F and 116 F respectively. The temperature <br /> range of the screened material was 97 F to 103 F. The temperature of the wood waste <br /> pile, hog fuel pile, and overs was 86 F , 98 F, and 92 F respectively. <br />
