The newly deposited greenwaste was separated from the manually screened greenwaste <br /> pile. <br /> 2. A final approved copy of the RCSI was submitted during the inspection. <br /> 3. All records were available for review. <br /> 4. The metal concentration,fecal coliform, and Salmonella test results for the compost <br /> product were available for review. The product met the state minimum standards. <br /> 5. The treated wood waste was picked up by Waste Management and taken to Forward <br /> Landfill for disposal on 7/19/13. <br /> 6. The fly population significantly decreased since the previous inspection (6/25/13). The <br /> facility has contracted with Premiere Pest Management to control the fly population. <br /> Apporximately 20 fly traps are on site. <br /> 7. The temperature range of the greenwaste and ground material was 124 F to 145 F and <br /> 133 F to 134 F respectively. The temperature range of the windrows and screened <br /> product was 114 F to 141 F and 114 F to 136 F respectively. The temperature of the <br /> pre-screened product, overs, and sawdust pile was 144 F, 105 F, and 104 F respectively. <br />
