There was documentation for 10/1/13, 10/9/13, 10/10/13, 10/15/13, and 10/16/13 only. <br /> 1. According to permit condition 17(r)(8), all piles onsite shall be monitored at multiple points <br /> for internal temperature. <br /> 2. Ensure that daily documention showing that the piles are monitored for internal temperature <br /> is available for review. <br /> X 17867.5- Personal Training <br /> Comments: There were several pieces of contaminants observed in the manually screened greenwaste pile. <br /> 1. Operators shall ensure that all personnel assigned to the operation shall be trained in physical <br /> contaminants recognition and screening. <br /> 2. Ensure that onsite personnel are made aware of this issue. <br /> In pe I#sport Comments , <br /> Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1. The newly deposited greenwaste was separated from the manually screened greenwaste <br /> pile. <br /> 2. The odor and fly population was light. <br /> 3. All other records were available for review. <br /> 4. There was tree stump material in the treated wood waste(TWW)bin. This material must <br /> be disposed of as TWIN. <br /> 5. The temperature of the greenwaste and overs was 71 F and 98 F respectively. The <br /> temperature range of the ground material and windrows was 105 F to 149 F and 118 F to <br /> 153 F respectively. The temperature range of the pre-screened product and the screened <br /> product was 130 F to 135 F and 92 F to 126 F respectively. The temperature of the <br /> sawdust pile, the wood material pile, and the ground wood material (hogfuel)pile was <br /> 78 F, 96 F, and 89 F respectively. <br />
